Unsilent Santas Flash Movie
Unsilent Night 2002 meets Santacon. I took my aging VHS camera to Phil Kline's great annual musical event, Unsilent Night. Phil Kline's piece, uses masses of the public marching with boomboxes playing specially made tapes of his ethereal ambient music.This year Santacon (a bunch of Burning Man types in santa costumes,shouting HO, HO, HO, and bar-hopping to oblivion) added a layer of anarchy to the mix. It was a great New York moment.

A collection of various experimental pieces. Most combine phased loops (audio and visual) with bi-lateral symmetry. You may leave whenever you like, but in some cases these things may go for days without exactly repeating.

Ghost Mirror          Stare if you dare!

Follow the ever transmuting adventures of Kitty Blue. The drawings may look childlike, but the stories come from some deep alternate reality from whence you may never return.

It's a soap-opera of sorts, so I recommend starting with
episode one, or go to this Flash intro and synopsis. I put it together for Rasputin the goodly animator.

This is the early web version of a projection movie I made for

an opera by Gary Heidt and Evan Hause. The sound effects and music in this version are mine and were not used during the opera. 

Tube Aria silent This is the complete version that was actually projected during the performance.  But it is a bit tedious without the music or text. When I have a few weeks to spare I may incorporate the actual music.
