This is a collection of songs recorded when friends would stop by my old place in NYC in the late 90s. I called it Travelling Through Musical States because it goes all over the musical map, starting with Brazilian-influenced guitar and going straight into some overdubbed phone sex, then the grungy gyrating ooze of the soundtrack Gametone Mic and I played for the play Atomic Stoneage, then into some music made by blowing on cardboard tubes beneath an accoustic guitar melody, then into my musical representation of a yoga buzz, and then back to Brazilian style. Just goofing around with the miracle of the early digital 4-track. Good ol minidisks! And almost no effects, for better or worse.
