Phew, my last couple hours here. I stayed for evening yoga, feel spectacular again. Feel so
clean, so here, and I have a nice warm goo flowing through my body and mind. I'm sitting on a
bench watching the sunset and I can just look, without any runaway thoughts driving me to fidget
and squirm. And even when my mind races I can see it and then control it. I'm here in my body
in the now, at least largely.
It's a shame to leave here, back to a city which will toxify first my mind and then my body. I'll
leave this buzz for sure, hopefully not returning to my former existence of a computer slug.
And now I'm off to stuff my face one final time, God bless yoga food.

Everything is a search for what is missing: drugs, legal or otherwise, religions, astroogy,ufology, in virtually every group some portion connects and finds their happiness, and the rest either return to try again harder, or go on to try something else.
