I am  a bit leery of trying to describe what was going on
in the above scene, but I will try.
The giant two headed worm thing  AKA "Nameless Form of Existence"
sidled up the stage till it reached the flame titted deity, Brutotron.

The worm costume was a tube made of this shiny industrial packing foam sheets.  
Two of the brave dancers were inside it,
and though they had an anus like portals to see out of,
  I suspect they must have been nearly blind and somewhat oxygen deprived.
But they made a grand entrance that had folks laughing in delight, 
as they waddled, rolled and probed their way
through the audience in near unison,
all the way from the rear of the theater to the back of the stage.
  It did appear to be of  two minds as it stumbled towards Brutotron, one end veering right the other left.  I'm sure this was as choreographed, but who knows.
