Wrybread Radio Tour

The Wrybread Radio rig. The metal brick at the rear of the table is the actual transmitter. For the techno heads out there, it's a 1/2 watt PLL transmitter going into a 20 watt amplifier. I bought it in kit form from Free Radio Berkeley.
Another view. For a mixer I used an old 4-track tapedeck (which only had two inputs). We used two walkmans and two discmans to play music and cue stuff up, and one microphone, which I connected with 40 feet of cable so people could take their ramblings for a walk.
The antenna, which stood about 30 feet high. Tech heads: it's a J-Pole.
